What does Vedfoundry do?
Vedfoundry is an AI automation and consulting partner for businesses of 50 to 500 people. We find the processes costing your team the most time, put a yearly cost on each one, and remove them in payback order, using workflow automation, custom AI agents, or sometimes just a better process.
Is the first assessment really free?
Yes. The AI Readiness Check takes ninety seconds and needs no email to see your score. The thirty-minute assessment after it has no fee, and you keep the written findings whether or not you hire us.
How do you price the work?
The assessment is free. The strategy roadmap is a fixed fee agreed before we start and credited against the first workflow we build. Automation is priced per workflow against what it saves. Custom AI agents are scoped and quoted, and only go ahead if the payback period is one you would accept.
What is the difference between workflow automation and a custom AI agent?
Workflow automation connects the tools you already have so a repeated job runs itself. A custom AI agent is software we build when nothing off the shelf does the job, usually where the work needs reading, judgement or drafting. We only build one after showing you it pays for itself.
Will my team have to learn a new tool?
No. The work is built into the systems your team already uses, such as email, your CRM, your helpdesk or your accounting software, so the work simply stops arriving.
Where does our data live, and who controls the AI?
In your own accounts, under your logins. What we build runs there, with written rules for when it stops and asks a person, and a named owner on your side for what AI may and may not touch.
