We build companies that run themselves.

The distinction

Not a product studio. A company foundry.

Most agencies hand over software and walk away, leaving you to find people to run it. We stay on the operating side. We build the agents that do the work and we keep them running, whether that is a few functions inside the company you already have or a whole company built from nothing.

The build

How the build works

Five stages, one outcome. A conversation becomes a real company that runs itself, with every step feeding the next.

  1. 01

    Talk

We learn the business, the market, and the outcome you want.

  2. 02

    Build the product

A real product, designed and shipped end to end.

  3. 03

    Build the processes

Every operational workflow the business needs to run.

  4. 04

    Build the agents

Agents that execute those processes without a human in the loop.

  5. 05

    Deploy to your cloud

Agents run in secure cloud environments on your own accounts.

The fit

Who we build for.

01

Serial entrepreneurs

You want to launch ventures with real leverage, without building and managing a team for each one.

02

Domain experts

You have deep expertise and want it productized into a business that runs itself.

Every build is bespoke, never generic. The first cohort is five companies, so we are selective about who we take on.

Would rather build it yourself, as the sole founder? That is the Forge founder residency, where you keep 25 to 45% of the profit.

Featured builds

Companies already running.

postoracle.com, a LinkedIn growth platform

postoracle.com

A LinkedIn growth platform. People sign up, connect LinkedIn, and get growth on autopilot.

Its founder, Bhuvan, operates like a CEO: he adds tasks to a board, and AI agents build the product. Other agents run outreach and marketing, including posting to social media.

We are now building growth agents that read PostHog data to optimize the page and the product.

wallmag.io, a creator community platform for India

wallmag.io

A creator community platform built for India, where photographers, filmmakers, designers and reels creators build a portfolio, enter awards, and get paid for the work.

This one began as an acquisition rather than a build. Ajeet took our creator management platform ready-made, and we tailored it to his exact use case before deploying it.

Agents run the day-to-day now, which leaves him on the part only a founder can do: partnerships, and bringing in more creators to monetize what they make.

Questions

The four we get asked before every build.

What is a company foundry?

A company foundry builds the whole business, not just the software. We design the product, define every operational process, and then build the AI agents that run those processes. What you receive is a company already operating, not a codebase you now have to staff.

Can AI agents actually run a business?

They run the repeatable parts, which is most of the day to day: support, sales follow-up, billing, growth, and ops. Two of our companies operate this way today. A founder still owns direction, partnerships, and judgment calls. The claim is not that agents replace the founder, it is that they replace the team.

What does Ready-to-Acquire mean?

The company is built as a sellable asset from the start: clean ownership, documented processes, agents deployed in your own cloud accounts, and revenue that does not depend on a founder being in the room. You can run it indefinitely or sell it. Nothing about the build assumes you will keep it.

Who is this for?

Serial entrepreneurs who want another venture without hiring another team, and domain experts who want their expertise turned into a business that runs without them. If you would rather build it yourself as the sole founder and keep 25 to 45% of the profit, the other route is the Forge residency.
